After starting xblig.co.uk about 16 months ago, alas it has come time to say goodbye and put the site out to pasture.
As you have no doubt noticed, I have been less and less involved in the site of late as I started to focus more on games development. However even taking a back seat involves a small amount of work which is still more than I am able to commit.
With this in mind, once a few more reviews have been completed by Kelly and Sarah, there will be no more updates to the site. The search site will still update and remain active as this is an automated procedure, but there shall be no further reviews or otherwise site updates.
If you are a developer and have already sent in any tokens, fear not as I shall be passing these onto Master Blud (I remembered the space this time) at VVGtv. You can watch VVGtv's reviews at either their youtube page or over on XboxHornet.com
I would like take this opportunity to thank those that have helped and supported me. The list is just way too long to list everyone, but one person stands out and that is Neal, the founder of XboxHornet.com and now lead designer of BBQ Games, whose help has been immeasurable. Thanks Neal.
Well, it's been fun and the only thing that could possibly have made it any better would have been a little support from the right places, but alas this never happened and still doesn't happen for a lot of XBLIG review sites, whose owners put their hearts and souls into their site. I can but hope that one day that people will see the errors of their ways and give these hard working dedicated people the support and respect they deserve.
Well, I suppose that's it. Farewell everyone and don’t forget to check out the BBQ Games site - there might be a surprise or two in store.....

Just had this interesting looking video arrive in the inbox this morning...

As the Scribble Meister, you are charged with defending the scribbles from the scrawls in this newest addition to the tower defense type game. Standard gameplay ensues with this game. Protect the home base from the enemy by creating towers to defend against their continuous march towards you.
Unlike some of the other tower defense games out there, this one doesn’t offer a whole lot graphics wise. Basically, the name of the game says it all. Scribbles and scrawls and circles for towers. All on a black background. Kind of reminds me of the cartoon Simon and the Land of Chalk Drawings. Of course, here I go dating myself again.
The sound is good. The music sounds like a blend of techno/new age music. The tower sounds come through nice and crisp.
Although this game isn’t much to look at compared to other tower games, it does rank up there in my books with some of the best of them. Definitely a must play for defense fans. This one is getting 4 thumbs up from me.
