Womens Beatles Tee to giveaway

Thanks to a kind donation by barmyarmy1875, I have a Women’s Beatles Tee to giveaway. Sorry, but the link is to a men's Tee, but you get the gist.

To be entered for this giveaway, please post a comment to this post telling us you favourite Beatles song.

I forgot to mention, this giveaway will run for 48 hours, which will mean that it finishes at 1900BST Monday the 28th of September 2009.

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all the entrants.
  • Once the winner is announced, they will have 48 hours to get in contact to claim the prize, otherwise a redraw will take place. Either through twitter or the contact form on this site
  • The decision is final.
  • Whilst we try to the best of our ability to ensure that all codes given out are genuine and valid, we will not accept any responsibility for any codes that do not work.

The winner is @earthm0mma. You have 48 hours to contact me to claim your prize. You have until 21:20 on 30th of September 2009, otherwise there will be a redraw.

This prize has now been claimed, but fear not ladies, I have another tee to give away later on in the week.

My fav Beatles song is "She's Leaving Home" I cry buckets whenever this comes on, though I actually avoid listening to it. Doing my English Higher at high school my teacher played it, first time I'd ever heard it. I'd have been roughly the age of the girl in the song and thinking about my parents whilst listening to it made my cry in class (I have a lump in my throat now!) Both my parent's are gone now and I have two daughters of my own but if I heard it again I'd be back in Mrs Hewitt's class hiding my face in my jumper!

She's Leaving Home
It makes me cry every time I listen to this...
You can feel the anguish and the pain. The devastated parents as they agonise over where they went wrong.
Everytime I listen I wait for a happy ending and it never comes...
One of the saddest songs I know
