2060 Cyber Racer appears to be a reskinned version of the Racing Game starter kit, so that kinda makes my review easy, if I put as much work into my review as the developer did into 2060 Cyber Racer. Here's the description of the starter kit straight from the Creators Club We Site:

This highly-anticipated project, originally created for Microsoft by Benjamin Nitschke of exDream Entertainment, comes ready to compile and run, and it's easy to customize with a little bit of C# programming. You are free to use the source code as the basis for your own XNA Game Studio game projects, and to share your work with others.

Racing Game is a 3D auto racing game that features advanced graphics, audio, and input processing. Race around the track and try to beat the ghost car to achieve the best time."

On a more serious note, 2060 Cyber Racer plays really well, so a well done to Benjamin Nitschke for that one. The reskinning I thought looked quite good too, with a sort of green matrix scrolling characters sort of deal going on.

The game is most certainly not without its bugs as on my first lap, I ended up having to go twice round the track to finish, yes that's correct I did two laps and only registered as doing one. Then when I had finished what the game thought was my second lap, I had the storage device selection pop up in front of me and the game kept running in the back ground. Well that was me crashing straight into the railing and that was where my review stopped.

So, overall the skinning used in the game does look quite good, but in all honesty, I wouldn't waste my time paying for this, as you could always get yourself a trial Creators Club subscription, then download the starter kit and upload it to your Xbox for nothing.
